With 3 cad stations we have the capability to import your 3d model and reverse engineer it ready to be laser cut. our 2 types of nesting software we will find the best solution for your application, accepting files in various formats such as DWG and DXF and also multiple 3d export options, such as STP.
We have the capability to Laser Cut 4 metre x 2metre sheets in thicknesses of 8mm Aluminium 12mm Stainless Steel and 20mm Mild Steel. A key feature of our new Bystronic machine is that you can now part mark Aluminium parts which was never possible before.
Our largest machine is capable of bending a length of 3 metres, we bend an average 20,000 parts per month and at capacity bent over 30,000 parts All Our CNC press brakes are windows controlled meaning once we have manufactured a part for you, you will always be able to call on us again to get a repeatable part.
We can offer a vast array of plating solutions such as, Alochrome 1000 & 1200 Anodising and Hard Anodising in all colours, Irrodite NCP, Electroless and Electrolitic Nickle, Black Oxide Pickle passivation Zinc in clear and yellow etc.
We can powder coat, wet paint and acid etch to your specification sourcing the paint ourselves or using free issue materials.
When called upon, we can assemble your parts, provide a complete solution for your needs.
